We are looking for an EPC Contracts Administrator that would be willing to potentially mobilize to Qatar for 2-3 years. Here is a summary of the activities for this role:

• Support the development of contract strategies, bid package / ITT creations, proposal and estimate analyses, contract drafting and contract negotiations.
• Facilitates the placement of all non-disclosure agreements with contractors, consultants and similar for the project.
• Contributes the development of plans and procedures to ensure compliance with the tendering and contracting processes.
• Supports the established processes for managing the Major Capital Projects Contracts necessary for the execution and completion of a Mega Project safely and on time.
• Assists the Contracts Manager in management of the contracts post award, which includes the contractor performance management
• Supports in managing notice letters from/to contractors; drafts notice letters to contractors when requested.
• Supports the Contract Manager in tracking open matters, claims avoidance strategies and strategic resolution of disputes and any open claims on all EPC and related support contracts.
• Participates in monitoring the performance of the EPC contractors as measured against completion of milestones, invoiced payments, schedule forecasts.
• Participates in contracting of non-EPC contactor services (owner’s cost contracts).
• Supports the review of change orders, supplements, and/or amendments to the EPC Contract(s) and owner’s cost contracts.
• Generally supports the project management team to ensure smooth execution and completion of the Mega Project.

We would prefer someone with at least five (5) years’ direct experience but are flexible for the right candidate. The successful candidate will also possess strong writing skills and really understand how to identify and manage claims under complex EPC contracts.
